Workflow guide
From field photo to client report
Phone capture → Sync → Operator review → Issued report → Client release
1. Capture on the phone
Open the project’s walk and a capture card. Take a photo and save it. A waiting photo is still on the phone; an uploaded photo has reached the server. Offline captures stay queued. Keep the app open after reconnecting so uploads can resume. Sync Now is available for a manual retry.
2. Review on the Operator Desk
Open the matching package and its review screen. Choose Review photos to jump past the payment controls. The count is evidence still waiting for review; accepted or rejected evidence leaves that queue.
Accept and Reject review the evidence. They do not approve payment or accept a construction requirement. Payment recommendations and requirement decisions have their own controls.
3. Generate a report revision
Generate report creates a saved revision using the current reviewed inputs. A later revision does not replace the earlier PDF. Download this revision saves the selected historical version even after an old viewing link expires.
Generating a report does not share it with clients. Undecided payment recommendations remain undecided.
4. Release one report to a client
Client report access lets the operator release a specific eligible revision to assigned read-only project members. Clients see released reports and the exhibits included in them, not the operator’s pending review queue.
Withdraw from clients stops further portal access. It cannot erase a copy someone already downloaded. Membership does not grant reviewer authority or permission to approve payment.
Projects, packages and walks
A project holds the shared profile, requirements and history. A package is one request or review period, such as Draw 4 or Draw 5. Its walk holds the capture cards. The same project can therefore appear more than once in the open-package list; use the draw label and review date to choose the right one.
Switching between operator and client
Open Client access and choose Sign out to request a link for another account. Tabs in the same browser session share sign-in. To inspect both roles side by side, use a separate browser or private window for the client.
This guide explains the product workflow. A test report is not a construction approval, payment authorization, or permission to occupy or proceed with work.
